Industrial Food Engineer

Candidate ideal:

Job description:

• Coordinate and monitor the technological process of production, in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative production planned in accordance with objectives, program, and quality standards of the company; 

• Coordinate and monitor daily operation and regulation of equipment in production; 

• Manage quantitatively and qualitatively inventory of raw materials; 

• Follow up on material management and auxiliary materials, materials, and equipment; 

• Receive orders and schedule realization according to requirements; 

• Respond for product quality manufactured in the production process; 

• Follow up on specific consumption during the shift; 

• Coordinate activity of cleaning according to specific procedures; 

• Coordinate, control, and respond to activities of subordinates; 

• Respond and participate in training personnel under their supervision on hygiene, SSM, and SU.
