Dormont Manufacturing Co in Singapore is seeking an Industrial Engineering Supervisor responsible for guiding the IE/Ops team. This role requires collaboration with Operations to optimize performance, manage operational plans, and implement improvements. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and drive operations.
