Industrial Engineering Manager

The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated production and service delivery systems across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency throughout the region. The position requires strong experience in multi-site environments , including mechanical and electronic manufacturing , as well as expertise in manufacturing project design and implementation, process optimization, supply chain management, and quality control. The Industrial Engineering Manager must have a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodology, and continuous improvement strategies. This role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and logistics to ensure effective communication and coordination. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop comprehensive solutions to optimize production processes. Additionally, the Industrial Engineering Manager must have excellent leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
