Industrial Engineer (m/w/d) Time Management & Process Planning in Darmstadt Area (1702)

With BRÜGGEN ENGINEERING, you analyze and improve existing production processes in the industrial environment. In the Darmstadt area, you conduct time management analyses, develop efficient should-processes, and accompany the implementation of defined optimization measures.

Tasks

• Time Management: You conduct comprehensive time recordings and time management analyses according to REFA.
• Process Planning: You work on projects for planning and further development of industrial manufacturing processes.
• Optimization: You analyze existing workflows, identify potential for improvement, and develop suitable should-processes.
• Dokumentation: You transfer the worked-out process changes structured into the relevant production plans.
• Result Preparation: You prepare analysis results in a comprehensible manner, coordinate them with those involved, and present the gained insights.
• Implementation: You accompany the realization of defined measures and track their progress.

Qualification

• Qualification: You hold a completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation Technology or have a further education to become a technician with comparable knowledge.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering, preparation work or process planning are desirable.
• REFA Knowledge: You bring fundamental knowledge in labor and time management as well as the application of REFA methods.
• Software: You are familiar with MS Office; knowledge of AVIX is an advantage.
• Communication: You convince through communication strength, implementation ability and a confident demeanor.
• Work Style: You work structured, analytically and independently.
• Languages: Good German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
