Industrial Engineer Metallbranche (m/w/d)

We are looking for you! - Immediately, full-time for a family-owned, well-known, international, innovative, mid-sized company in the metal industry in Wolframs-Eschenbach.
Your tasks: Planning and optimization of production processes for product development and improvement, including automation systems
Koordination and collaboration with various departments during project implementation
Complete project development, including load calculations, bid requirements, implementation, and commissioning
Cost estimation for equipment and investments for offer preparation
Data analysis and creation of key figures
Constructive and conceptual design of fixtures and tools for production
Planning and implementation of rationalization measures, including cost improvement programs
Your qualifications: Completed engineering degree or similar technical qualification
Professional experience in industrialization/technical planning is advantageous
Experience in Lean, process improvement, and project management
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and welding technology
Experience with CAD systems
Organizational talent, assertiveness, good communication, and team skills
