Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing Industrialization

The Engineering division or Randstad, specializing in the recruitment of profile within the technical, production, and engineering sectors, is currently seeking a Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing Industrialization for a leading company in the defense industry. Key Responsibilities: - Define and optimize manufacturing methods, processes, and equipment for electronic boards, avionics assemblies, and mechanical components - Prepare and maintain BOMs, routings, and work cycles in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) - Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements - Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, manuals, and training materials - Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and maintenance personnel - Identify and recommend new technologies or processes that can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field - 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other production planning software - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
