RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify areas for improvement
- Manage production schedules and coordinate services to optimize productivity
- Analyze employees' tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to enhance productivity
- Implement process improvements and technological upgrades to increase efficiency
- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues
- Develop design and production standards in collaboration with management and users
- Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and production reports
- Design facility layouts and determine personnel requirements
- Train staff on new processes and provide instructions and manuals
- Maintain process documentation and ensure accurate production reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer in the Packaging industry
- Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
