Industrial Engineer II

BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe. BEPC Inc. is seeking a Industrial Engineer II to join our fast-growing team of consultants in the Ciudad Juárez area. This role provides advanced technical engineering support to clients across various industries, including but not limited to: automotive, medical devices, and life sciences. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, supply chain optimization, and operations management. Additionally, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site visits to assess client operations, identifying areas of improvement, and developing recommendations for process enhancements. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
