Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Learning technical processes and creating work plans
• Learning new technologies and perform tools qualifications & process validations
• Performing Root Cause Analysis in case of process deviations
• Implementation and monitoring of new technologies
• Assistance and support for the installation of new production lines
• Perform cycle times studies for all production processes  
• Offer  technical production support in case of need
• Control and monitoring of production processes in order to increase productivity
• Activly assist in projects and meetings to improve production processes, with all departments involved
• Designing and optimizing facility layouts, considering space utilization, material flow, ergonomics, and safety
• Follow 5S improvement rules

Requirements:

• Higher education in the technical field.
• Minimum 2 year experience in the industrial environment.
• Strong Technical skills and good knowledge of tehnical documentation (drowings)
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in maintaining and creating relations with internal and external partners
• Strong knowledge of English language (German is a plus).
• Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
• Availability to travel for professional purposes.
