Our goal is a decentralized, flexible, and CO2-negative energy supply and we're working towards that every day at Reverion.

We develop innovative, reversible power plants that can efficiently convert gases like biogas or hydrogen into electricity and heat, and reverse the process to store renewable energy in green gases. Our Reverion power plants achieve an efficiency of up to 80% and are thus the most efficient power plants in the world.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and optimization of production capacities with regard to production facilities and infrastructure
• Development of concepts for expanding production capacity
• Planning and implementation of investment projects from inquiry to commissioning
• Development of concepts for automating and digitalizing production facilities, as well as coordination of resulting measures in production
• Research and evaluation of new production technologies, including feasibility studies

Qualifikation

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Economic Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• First practical experience in production optimization or similar activities
• Familiarity with CAD and factory planning software (e.g. visTable or Tecnomatix)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Practical experience or training in Lean Management, Six Sigma or 5S is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, negotiation readiness and -security
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Passion for renewable energies and the desire to contribute to the power plant of the 21st century
