Job description
We are looking for a passionate Industrial Engineer who is enthusiastic about optimization and efficiency, to join our team.
What you will do at our company:
- You will analyze the usage of labor force and equipment to optimize production lines (balancing production lines);
- You will design and coordinate the layout of production lines;
- You will realize studies on time for existing products and estimates for new products;
- You will implement Lean methodologies: 5S, TPM, VSM etc.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical studies or practical experience in industrialization;
- CAD knowledge: AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp, ZWCAD;
- Analytical skills and orientation towards continuous improvement;
- Leadership knowledge.
