Your New Role

• Leading from the front on installs, maintenance, and breakdowns
• Reading schematics without needing to squint or swear (too much)
• Keeping jobs running smoothly and safely — no cowboy antics here
• Being the go-to for troubleshooting, mentoring, and dad-joke delivery
• Acting as the link between site, clients, and management

Who You Are

• Electrical trade qualification (QLD licence = bonus)
• Solid experience in the industrial space — automation, heavy gear, factories
• Leadership skills that make people actually want to work with you
• Safety-first mindset — PPE isn’t optional
• Bonus points: PLC/control systems experience
