Industrial Electrician

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established, highly respected industrial food manufacturing business operating at scale across Australasia. You'll be joining a stable operation where safety, reliability, and teamwork are taken seriously. The Site & The Roster You'll be based at a large-scale primary processing facility with multiple production lines, where you'll work a rotating roster of 12-hour days, 3-4 days on, followed by 4 days off. This will provide you with a great work-life balance and allow you to recharge between shifts. Key Responsibilities As an Industrial Electrician, your key responsibilities will include: • Conducting routine electrical maintenance tasks such as circuit testing, fault finding, and repair; • Performing planned and unplanned maintenance on equipment and machinery; • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely manner; • Collaborating with other site teams to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. What You'll Need To Succeed In this role, you'll need: • A trade qualification in Industrial Electricity (Certificate III or IV); • At least 3 years' experience working as an Industrial Electrician in a similar environment; • Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and protocols; • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
