Industrial Coater (m/w/d) 100% ? Precision and Quality in the Coating Process

Adecco Our customer in the Winterthur region offers you a challenging opportunity in industrial coating. If you bring experience in surface finishing with you and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, then you can expect here a versatile and responsible activity.

- Preparation of workpieces through chemical and mechanical pre-treatment (cleaning, grinding, sandblasting, priming)

- Masking and covering non-coatable areas

- Conducting wet coating processes with spray gun (airless, HVLP)

- Powder coating of metal and plastic parts

- Ensuring the correct layer thickness and uniform coating

- Monitoring drying and hardening processes

- Quality control according to specifications, including layer thickness measurement and rework

- Cleaning and maintenance of coating facilities, as well as compliance with work safety and environmental regulations

Profile - Completed training as an industrial coater, process mechanic for surface finishing or equivalent qualification

- Experience with wet coating, powder coating, and chemical pre-treatment

- Knowledge of chemical processes such as cleaning and phosphating

- Careful and self-reliant working style

- Physical fitness, team ability, and high reliability

- Willingness to work with protective clothing and in coating cabins
