Industrial Cleaning Team Leader

IRS Recruitment are currently seeking an Industrial Cleaning Team Leader to join a specialist boiler cleaning team working across Energy from Waste and Biomass Power Plants in the UK and Ireland areas. This is a hands-on role where you will both lead and work alongside your team on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be the direct link between our clients and management, representing the company professionally at all times. The role will involve: Leading and working alongside a team of industrial cleaners to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards. Coordinating and planning work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and management. Representing the company professionally at all times. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role or as a team leader in the industrial cleaning industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. Certifications: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
