Industrial Assembler and Packaging Rate: $28ph Holiday Pay Hours: Monday to Friday 3pm to 11.30pm Location: East Tāmaki, Auckland We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly & Packing Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble components, perform quality checks, and prepare finished products for dispatch, ensuring every item meets high standards for safety and performance. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to written procedures and instructions. Perform quality control checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare finished products for dispatch by packaging and labeling them correctly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines. Key Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years’ experience in assembly and packing operations preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25kg, and repetitive movements. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
