POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an Industrial Abrasive Blaster to perform various tasks including blasting, cleaning, and preparing surfaces for painting or other finishes. This position requires the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and chemicals. RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS * Perform abrasive blasting operations using compressed air, steam, or water to clean and prepare surfaces. * Clean and maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning. * Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. * Work in a team environment with other maintenance personnel to complete tasks efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in industrial abrasive blasting, sandblasting, or related field preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
