Your responsibilities

• you support the regional sales team in developing the portfolio
• you manage the end-to-end onboarding of new Clients
• you act closely with the Client — email, phone, quick reactions
• you co-create sales and marketing campaigns
• you build relationships and ensure excellent customer experience
• you actively advise Clients on DHL eCommerce products and solutions

Our requirements

• We are looking for someone who:
• has at least 3 years of experience in customer service / sales / sales support
• knows the realities of the sales process and feels comfortable working with clients
• is communicative, proactive, and can solve problems
• comfortably uses MS Office
• knows English at a communicative level (nice to have)
• enjoys pace, changes, and teamwork
