We are looking for you as Senior Business Controller (m/w/d) Retail for our INDITEX Office in Hamburg

Aufgaben

• You will function as a Business Partner for Management and Departments, as well as a link to international corporate controlling.
• You will analyze the economic performance of our Stores and Commercial Units based on relevant Retail KPIs.
• You will create management reports, ad-hoc analyses, and decision-making templates.
• You will be actively involved in creating the annual business plan, quarterly forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• You will identify performance potential and develop concrete measures and action plans together with departments.
• You will drive the development of modern reporting and BI solutions (Power BI, Power Query etc.).
• You will work on international and cross-departmental projects.

Qualifikation

• A successful degree in Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification.
• Multiple years of experience in Business Controlling, ideally in the Retail-, Fashion- or Consumer-field.
• Experience in Commercial or Retail Controlling and in managing operational KPIs.
• A very good understanding of business relationships and advanced analytical skills.
• You have data competence, excellent MS Office skills, and are IT-affine.
• Communication strength and the ability to prepare complex issues for target audiences.
• Very good German and English language skills; Spanish language skills are a plus.
