About the position:

As a luxury brand evaluator, you will enter the world of luxury to discreetly evaluate the customer experience by giving essential feedback that will help brands refine their services. Whether it's visiting boutiques, buying online or returning a product, your voice shapes the future of the luxury industry.

- Flexibility: Each boutique visit lasts approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete several missions.

- Frequent opportunities: Complete several missions per month and collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands in the world.

What you will do:

1. Choose your missions: Adapt your missions to your personal preferences and your profile.

2. Visit luxury boutiques or evaluate online: Interact with advisors in boutiques or online from the comfort of your home.

3. Observe carefully: Examine the ambiance, the quality of service and the overall customer experience.

4. Give honest feedback: Use our platform to share your observations using questionnaires.

Compensation:

Requirements

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are already a customer of high-end or luxury brands.
• You are not contractually engaged with retail brands, in order to preserve integrity.
• You are punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• You are attentive to and passionate about the customer experience.
• No prior experience is required, we value honest feedback from authentic customers.
