As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s overall success. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant information • Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to ensure that sales strategies and tactics are effective and compliant.
