We’re Hiring: Incubation Operations Manager

Location: Remote (Global)

YZi Labs is looking for an Incubation Operations Manager to help build and scale our global incubation program.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about startups, founders, emerging technologies, and ecosystem building. You will work closely with founders, investors, internal teams, and ecosystem partners to deliver a world-class incubation experience and support the growth of early-stage projects.

• Identifying and supporting promising founders, startups, and emerging technologies at an early stage.
• Creating a strong pipeline of investment opportunities for YZi Labs.
• Building a global network across Web3, AI, Biotech, and next-generation technologies.

What You’ll Do

Incubation Program Operations

• Manage the end-to-end execution of YZi Labs’ incubation programs, including program planning, operations, logistics, and founder experience.
• Coordinate multiple incubation seasons annually across global locations, including San Francisco, Dubai, and Singapore.
• Build scalable processes and systems to improve program efficiency and operational excellence.
• Manage communication, schedules, events, workshops, and activities throughout the incubation lifecycle.

Founder & Project Support

• Build strong relationships with founders and entrepreneurs within the ecosystem.
• Understand early-stage projects, including business models, products, market opportunities, and growth challenges.
• Support founders by connecting them with relevant resources, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.
• Develop a founder-first approach to create meaningful value for incubated companies.

Ecosystem Development

• Build and expand relationships with founders, investors, mentors, talents, and ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate closely with investment, portfolio, marketing, and operations teams to deliver value to incubated projects.
• Represent YZi Labs at ecosystem events, founder communities, and industry activities.

Operations Optimization & AI Enablement

• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, communication, reporting, and program management.
• Build better operational systems to support a growing global incubation program.

Program Growth & Brand Building

• Research and analyze leading global incubators and accelerator programs (e.g., YC, a16z programs, Alliance, HF0).
• Help improve YZi Labs’ incubation model and create differentiated value for founders.
• Support ecosystem events, community initiatives, and marketing activities to strengthen YZi Labs’ brand.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in startup ecosystems, VC, incubators/accelerators, venture operations, community building, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of early-stage startups and the ability to evaluate and understand projects.
• Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, investors, or startup communities.
• A natural people person with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Passion for founders and a genuine interest in helping entrepreneurs succeed.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to optimize operations and improve processes using technology and AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.

• Existing network with founders, investors, accelerators, or ecosystem builders.
• Experience running startup programs, demo days, hackathons, or founder communities.
