Incoming Senior Quality Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Senior Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that incoming materials and components meet our strict quality standards, supporting continuous improvement across the organization. You will work closely with the Quality Director, Plant Director, and other stakeholders to secure compliance and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report product defects to the Martur Romania Quality Director and Plant Director.
• Allocate and oversee quarantined/discrepant products.
• Update and maintain problem follow-up reports on a daily basis.
• Participate in quality improvement meetings and track corrective action results.
• Intervene promptly in case of quality issues and take necessary action, including stopping production if required.
• Ensure compliance of components with technical approvals.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and provide clear status updates.
• Enforce occupational health and safety procedures within the working area.
• Manage additional quality-related tasks assigned by Directors.
• Act as the main contact point for:
• ANFQR audits
• Customer quality requests
• Supplier quality concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication skills in technical environments.
• Good command of English; automotive experience is a strong plus.
• MS Office proficiency.
