Inbound Materials & Kitting Manager


We're seeking an experienced Inbound Materials, Receiving & Kitting Manager to oversee the accurate and timely handling, organization, and preparation of materials.

This role will lead daily operations, coordinate priorities, develop teams, and drive improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and service levels. Additional information regarding the organization, location, and scope will be shared with qualified candidates during the recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee receiving, material preparation, kitting, storage, and inventory activities.
  • Ensure materials are accurately processed, organized, and available according to business needs.
  • Coordinate priorities and resolve discrepancies, delays, and material-related issues.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams.
  • Establish procedures and performance standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support process standardization, continuous improvement, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, company procedures, and operational policies.
  • Report performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in receiving, kitting, materials, inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
  • Previous experience leading teams in an operational environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing priorities, discrepancies, and operational challenges.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and materials management processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
