Inbound Marketing Expert (Student/Junior)

We are Elycor, a non-profit organization that connects promising startups with venture capital investors – pro bono for founders and success-based for us. We work in self-organized squads without classical hierarchies and share our success fees transparently among all contributors.

We are an association and do not pay salaries; we earn money per closed deal and share it among each other.

Tasks

Your role in the Marketing Circle

You will build our inbound engine and make Elycor the first point of contact for funding-seeking startups and deal-hungry VCs. You will work independently, get feedback from your squad, and implement what works.

Your tasks:

• Content Creation: LinkedIn posts, blog articles, case studies on successful placements
• SEO Strategy: keyword research and on-page optimization for organic traffic
• Lead Magnets: e-books, webinars, checklists for lead generation
• Newsletter: monthly market insights for startups and investors
• Analytics: tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization of our channels
• Community: engagement in relevant LinkedIn groups and startup communities

Qualification

What you bring:

• Passion and interest in the topic
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO basics
• Writing talent for business content on German and English
• Tools: Canva, WordPress, newsletter tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Eigeninitiative and structured work
