Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Inbound Communication: Handling of inquiries by phone and in writing – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-Oriented Work: You answer customer questions, solve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience. Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Qualification

What you bring:

• Location: You live in an EU country and have a registered trade with VAT ID.
• Experience in Customer Service: You have already worked as an agent or in a similar role.
• Linguistic Skills: You speak and write German at the C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-oriented.
• Communication Strength: Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented work, and secure expression in word and writing.
• Technical Basic Knowledge: You are familiar with common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems. Freelancer Status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and can work within the EU.
