About the Role:

As an In-bound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer support, handling inbound calls, process transactions, and develop strong client relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handle inbound business banking enquires from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information regarding banking products, and services
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Adhere to banking policies, compliance standards, and data protection requirements.

What We're Looking For:

You're enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to learn. Whether you're a recent finance graduate with customer service experience, or someone with a strong customer service/contact center background, your communication skills and positive energy will shine in this role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, proactive approach to customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous banking or finance experience is a bonus not essential!
