Etjca S.p.A. - Contact Center & Customer Care Division - Paterne' (CT) Branch is seeking an Inbound Commercial Operator for a prestigious Contact Center site in PATERNO' (CT): OPERATOR/RECEIVER TELEPHONICO/A FOR INBOUND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON BEHALF OF A LEADING COMPANY IN THE ENERGY SECTOR. IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY The selected resources will be responsible for: providing telephone information to customers, performing commercial activities in up-selling and cross-selling of respective additional services, and re-contacting customers who have expressed a desire to learn about various services.
