The position will report directly to the Store Manager. - No use of IT tools or software MISSION The Sneaker Maker role is centred around Co-creation services transforming Golden Goose items into unique, bespoke designs that reflect the wearer's personality and style. This role requires a deep understanding of our brand values and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing creative solutions to enhance the customer experience • Collaborating with the store team to create personalized designs that meet customers' needs and preferences • Providing expert advice on Golden Goose products, including styling tips and recommendations • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and styles • Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business results • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment • Contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives that align with our brand values • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
