In house - Immigration Lawyer

ACL Digital, a subsidiary of ALTEN group, a listed company in France with revenues of ~$3.7 billion in 2022, is looking for an in-house Immigration Lawyer to join the team in our Bangalore office. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working in the office at least three days/week. Primary Job Duties: Manage all US immigration cases (H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, E visa, and Green Card) and assess potential available options and sponsorship viability by working closely with employees, HR, and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. This role will also involve providing guidance on immigration-related matters to employees, as well as collaborating with other departments to develop and implement effective immigration strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US immigration laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
