A rare opportunity to join a prestigious, privately-owned property company with deep roots in Birmingham and a long-term vision for place-making and urban regeneration. This in-house legal position offers exposure to a broad and high-value estate comprising commercial, residential, leisure and medical assets, including landmark sites across Edgbaston.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Legal and work semi-autonomously on a wide range of non-contentious commercial property matters. These include landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, title and covenant management and supporting long-term development projects. The role also involves input into wider commercial agreements, construction documentation and strategic governance work.

Who we’re looking for:

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Confident handling lease negotiations, asset management and transactional property work
• Able to give clear, commercially relevant legal advice across a variety of matters
• Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working across teams
• Someone who values variety, responsibility and a culture that genuinely supports balance
