Position: Import Senior Executive (Freight Forwarding) Salary: up to $4200 Working Day: Mon-Sat | 9am-5.30pm | 9am-1pm (Alt Sat) Working Location: Alps Ave (nearest MRT Changi Airport) The Airfreight Customer Service Senior Executive (Import/Export) in Freight Forwarding is responsible for managing end-to-end airfreight shipments on behalf of customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong knowledge of airfreight forwarding operations, shipment tracking, and customer communication. Key responsibilities include: • Managing airfreight shipments from pickup to delivery, including customs clearance and documentation preparation • Coordinating with internal teams for smooth logistics execution • Providing exceptional customer service through timely responses and proactive issue resolution • Maintaining accurate records and reports of shipment status and performance metrics • Collaborating with colleagues to identify process improvements and implement changes • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements • Working closely with the Airfreight Operations team to ensure seamless integration with other departments.
