In a client assignment, we are looking for an experienced and nationwide operating Implementation Manager (gn) / Project Manager (gn) for the generalist or industrial-technical area.

This is a direct placement as a long-term fixed employment directly with our partner company - no project business, no temporary work contract.

Tasks

• Comprehensive responsibility for introducing large projects and OSM structures at well-known new customers across Germany
• Conceptualization, implementation, and digitalization of tailored recruiting-, pool management- and billing processes
• Steering and coordination of all internal specialist departments (Recruiting, Legal, IT) as well as close alignment with HR decision-makers and the procurement team on the customer side
• Accompaniment of the customer company through the change process and ensuring a high level of acceptance of the new personnel solution
• Definition, monitoring, and compliance with milestones, budgets, and service-level agreements (SLAs) until the successful project completion

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in personnel services, ideally as an on-site manager (gn), key account manager (gn), or project leader (gn) in the large customer area
• Fundamental knowledge of the Employment Agency Act (AÜG) and ideally experience with modern master-vendor processes
• Demonstrable successes in agile project management and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Communicative, confident appearance at the management level, high assertiveness, and developed empathy for change processes
• High travel readiness within Germany (depending on the project phase) as well as the ability to organize oneself independently in home office
