Implementation Team Lead

About the role As an Implementation Team Leader, you will combine hands-on delivery leadership with people management, ensuring successful end-to-end implementations of enova365 HR & Payroll solutions. You will lead a team of implementation consultants, drive delivery excellence, support key client engagements, and collaborate across multiple business functions to ensure high-quality customer outcomes. Office visits in Katowice once/twice per month. To be determined Your responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enova365 implementation consultants through onboarding, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews • Plan and allocate team resources, including capacity management, prioritization, and coverage planning • Take ownership of the quality and timely delivery of end-to-end enova365 HR & Payroll implementations • Oversee implementation phases including business analysis, system configuration, data migration, UAT testing, and go-live activities • Act as the first escalation point for delivery challenges and customer concerns • Cooperate closely with Operations, Payroll Operations, Project Managers, IT & Integration teams, international stakeholders, and other business partners • Ensure smooth transition of implemented solutions to Payroll Operations teams • Support effort estimations, solution scoping, and presales activities when required • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, templates, playbooks, and best practices • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, quality, and customer focus Must have: • Expert knowledge of the enova365 system • Strong knowledge of Polish HR & Payroll regulations and processes • Solid understanding of end-to-end software implementation projects • Previous experience leading and developing teams • Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written) • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Proactive approach to resolving delivery and customer issues • High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance business needs and operational standards Nice to have: • Experience working with payroll outsourcing or managed payroll services • Knowledge of HR & Payroll system integrations and data migration processes • Experience supporting presales, estimations, or solution design workshops • Project management or implementation management experience • Familiarity with international HR & Payroll environments • Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives What we offer: • Stable employment and long-term career opportunities • Access to professional development programs, training, and certifications • Opportunity to work with experienced professionals in an international environment • Flexible work model and work-life balance support • Private healthcare and additional employee benefits • Collaborative culture built on trust, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement • Participation in innovative projects for recognized clients Recruitment process: • Initial HR interview • Meeting with the Hiring Manager • Final decision and offer presentation
