Job Title: Implementation & Support Engineer – CTEM & Compliance Manager Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 3–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Implementation & Support Engineer with experience in CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management) and Compliance Management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementation, technical support, customer coordination, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration of our products with customers' existing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical expertise and product knowledge. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
