… Implementation Specialist? In the Project Implementation Team, customer projects are planned and implemented independently: from resource planning to configuration and training. This involves leading small projects just as much as participating in larger initiatives.

The focus is always on close collaboration with our customers: understanding their requirements, developing suitable solutions, and implementing them efficiently. The goal is a seamless implementation and subsequent long-term satisfaction of our customers, with technical competence, consultation at eye level, and a clear focus on quality.

• Complete project leadership and consulting in small projects
• Independent planning and allocation of project resources
• Self-contained implementation of projects, including software configuration and training
• Creation of project-related reporting, documentation, and controlling
• Participation in large customer projects, for example, in areas such as configuration, training, and operational support

You excite us - Your profile

• Relevant experience in the field of Customer Success, consulting or project management – ideally in the SaaS or healthcare sector
• Very good understanding of project workflows within the scope of introducing software
• Safe appearance in customer guidance and clear, goal-oriented communication
• Independent risk management and responsible work
• High quality standards and a willingness to shape
• Travel readiness within Germany (50%)
• Economic thinking and a clear understanding of the added value of our solutions
• Very good German and good English skills
