Implementation Specialist

Role : Implementation Specialist Location : Remote Responsibilities: 1. GST Compliance: - Stay up to date with Goods and Services Tax regulations and ensure that project activities are Goods and Services Tax-compliant and collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams. - Assist clients in preparing and filing Goods and Services Tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Address any Goods and Services Tax-related issues or queries from project stakeholders. 2. Project Planning: - Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for successful implementation of projects. - Ensure that all project deliverables are met and that the project is completed within the agreed-upon timeline. 3. Stakeholder Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of project progress. 4. Process Improvement: - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed to increase efficiency and productivity. - Collaborate with the Engineering and Product Management teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
