Implementation Manager (80-100%)

At Canon, shape successful hardware rollouts of multifunction devices in the B2B sector and ensure exciting customer experiences.

In this operational key role, you will independently manage our hardware rollouts – from planning and pilot installations to successful commissioning. As a central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure resources, material, and data quality, and keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and the overall picture. You will also actively contribute to the further development of our processes and services.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organization, and coordination of hardware rollouts in projects – from the start of planning to on-time project completion
• Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during and after the rollout; ensuring the availability of material, transport, and resources
• Creation and coordination of customer-specific training concepts and training materials, as well as occasional on-site customer deployments (approx. 10%)
• Obtaining customer-specific information; maintaining and processing relevant project and installation data in various tools (e.g., SharePoint, ISS)
• Contract review and active participation in continuous process and quality improvement

Qualifications

• Commercial or technical basic training with at least 3-5 years of experience in a technical environment, ideally in the IT, network, or print system sector
• Very good MS Office and IT skills, as well as a good understanding of systems, devices, and IT infrastructures
• Customer- and service-oriented, structured, and independent working style with strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and assertive personality with fluent German and good English skills; Austrian knowledge is an advantage
