Implementation Manager

About the job Sphere Pay is looking for a full-time Implementation Manager based in Miami or Brazil. As an Implementation Manager at Sphere Pay, you will be the critical bridge between our sales/GTM team and our product organization, ensuring customers can successfully integrate and leverage our API-first payment infrastructure. The work you do directly supports our customers' ability to move money with us; you will regularly have an outsized impact on Sphere Pay's customer success and product development. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Collaborating closely with the sales/GTM team to understand customer needs and develop effective implementation strategies. • Working closely with our product organization to ensure that our payment infrastructure is designed to meet customer needs, and that we are delivering a seamless integration experience. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive successful implementations. • Identifying and prioritizing areas for process improvement, and implementing changes as needed. • Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and effective resolution of implementation-related issues. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and applying that knowledge to continuously improve our payment infrastructure and integration experience. What We're Looking For: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as an implementation specialist. • Strong understanding of the payment processing industry and its various stakeholders. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Experience working with API-first payment infrastructure is a plus.
