About the Role

We acquire property management companies, and their teams then work on the Buena App. How well they do this determines how well our model works. As an Implementation Manager (m/f/d), you will build our training from scratch: you will develop the structure for individual and group training, be on-site at our management companies throughout Germany regularly, and become the expert for the Buena App.

Responsibilities

• App Expertise: You will become an expert in our property management and real estate app.

• Nationwide Software Training: You will train the teams of our property management companies across Germany on the Buena App.

• Identify and specifically address areas where employees struggle with the app.

• Measure Adoption: Establish employee-level KPIs and illustrate who uses which part of the app and how well.

You are a good fit if you

• Speak fluent German.

• Have professional experience in the real estate industry.

• Prefer in-office work over remote work.

• Have a structured and reliable working style.

• Are tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Sheets and common LLM tools.
