Job description
We are the first digital all-in-one payment solution for care facilities in Germany.
🚨 The big problem
The pressure is enormous. By 2055, the number of people in need of care will increase by around 30%, while approximately 300,000 caregivers are lacking by 2030. This system is not sustainable in its current form. It needs digitalization & innovation to relieve the system, ensure genuine participation and put the care of people back at the forefront. It needs radical simplification. We're contributing to this.
🏅 Our solution
Become part of Parto and work on one of the biggest challenges of our time: a future- & sustainable care system.
We digitalize all cashless processes in facilities for child and youth welfare, integration assistance, elderly care, and homelessness assistance.
Social workers can use the Parto VISA cards to make necessary purchases for clients as well as for service provision and settle them digitally through our cloud-based Software-as-a-Service Platform. This relieves not only operational teams in facilities but also administration and accounting significantly.
🚀 We are a FinTech with real impact
Supported by leading international investors like Heal Capital (Berlin), Motive Partners (New York) and Shapers (Lissabon) as well as renowned business angels, we develop the first financial solution that fundamentally simplifies and sustainably transforms payment- & financial processes in social welfare.
Our goal: become the leading digital bank in the Health- & Welfare sector.
Become part of a team that not only builds technology but also creates tangible societal added value.
Tasks
You are an Implementer*in with technical depth and a clear view of the whole. You take responsibility and, as the central technical point of contact, are responsible for ensuring the integration of Parto into existing master data-, ERP- and accounting systems. You structure requirements, translate them solution-oriented for internal stakeholders from Product, Engineering and Sales, and drive implementations with a clear goal in mind: minimize Time-to-Value and successfully bring projects to life.
Qualification
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, project management or SaaS environment
- Techical experience in software implementation from technical requirement gathering to configuration and integration to go-live
- Technical understanding for integrations and system landscapes, especially APIs, interfaces, data models as well as authentication- & authorization concepts (e.g. SSO, Active Directory)
- Experience with ERP-, accounting- or master data systems and their integration into existing IT environments (e.g. SAP, DATEV, SAGE or Connext Vivendi, CGM)
- Excellent project management: structured, forward-thinking, reliable and independent
- Strong communication- & moderation skills – you lead workshops, facilitate decisions and guide stakeholders safely through the process
- High ownership & hands-on mentality – you want to shape rather than manage and act decisively
Nice-to-haves
- Understanding of structures in the social welfare sector or healthcare
- Familiarity with relevant industry solutions like Connext Vivendi, CGM or Medifox DAN
- Understanding of accounting logics, e.g. account models, cost centers, billing- & release processes
- Experience in change management in complex environments (e.g. public authorities, social welfare, healthcare)
Benefits
You work with one of the most talented FinTech teams in Germany to create a completely new category of software solutions for social welfare – and thus actively shape the urgently needed changes in care. Your personal development and growth are at the top of our agenda. We create an ambitious, empathetic and supportive culture where you can grow and thrive:
- You receive a fair salary and even the option to participate in the company's success through virtual shares
- A flexible hybrid work model, giving you the freedom to work from our offices in Hamburg or Berlin, from home or remotely
- within Europe to strengthen team spirit and work together at great locations
- A dynamically growing environment with ambitious and international colleagues from all over Europe
We rely on small, autonomous teams and grow consciously. If you want to be part of something truly special, now's your chance.
