Aufgaben

• You analyze and document customer requirements as well as reported errors in direct exchange with our customers and translate them into clear, structured tickets and technical specifications for the development team.
• You plan the implementation together with the customer, prioritize topics, and coordinate alignments between customer, development, and internal stakeholders.
• You accompany customer projects from start to finish - from conception to successful commissioning and ensure a smooth implementation.
• You steer and support interface and integration projects, including requirement acquisition, data format alignment, and technical implementation guidance.
• You are the technical point of contact for our customers and ensure sustainable solution development.
• You prepare customer data, Excel lists, and files using Python and C# so that they can be optimally processed by our AI team.
• You keep track of schedules, requirements, and technical feasibility and ensures a clean alignment between customer and development.

Qualifikation

• You have completed studies in the field of computer science, software engineering, or a comparable education.
• You have very good knowledge and several years of professional experience in .NET/C# and/or Python development, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
• You are not afraid of customer contact and ideally bring experience in leading or accompanying IT projects.
• You can assess IT projects and customer requirements realistically and timely.
• You possess very good communication and moderation skills to present complex technical matters clearly and understandably.
• You work structured, solution-oriented, and meticulously.
• You enjoy working in a team and communicate openly and clearly.
