Implementation Consultant - French Speaking

Job Description As an Implementation Consultant, you will be part of a motivated and highly skilled team that designs, develops, deploys, personalizes, and supports client onboardings while having the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies. Responsibilities include: Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users. Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings. Identify business needs, document requirements, and develop solutions that meet those needs. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and status updates. Provide training and support to clients on the use of implemented software. Ensure timely and within budget project delivery. Analyze and report on project performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of CRM and ERP software systems.
