Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Facilitate conflict resolution through mediation and structured follow-up processes.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and engagement across all levels.

- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
- Lead candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation, and integration into team workflows.

- Performance Management
- Support the implementation and administration of performance appraisal systems.
- Deliver coaching and constructive feedback to employees and managers.
- Assist in creating and monitoring performance improvement plans when needed.

- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training initiatives.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, seminars, and development sessions.
- Measure training outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.

RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in an HR role, with freshers welcome to apply.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and MIS tools for reporting and data management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within teams.
