Quality Office Trainee

Job Title and Role: Quality Office Trainee We are looking for a resource with a degree in Engineering Management or a Mechanical Technician diploma, interested in pursuing a training path in the Quality area. The role involves direct involvement in monitoring and reporting process activities, with operational and documentary support responsibilities. Within the Quality Office, the trainee will be tasked with supporting the team in managing certifications, respecting reference standards, and continuous improvement of company processes. Main Company Values Professionalism Quality Continuous Improvement Hierarchical Reporting: Quality Responsible External Relations: Certification Bodies, Quality and Safety Consultants Main Responsibilities • Support certification quality reporting and document management. • Collaborate on activities related to IATF 16949 standards. • Assist the team in preparing and updating the DVR (Risk Assessment Document). • Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with company standards. • Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement of processes. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Degree in Engineering Management or Mechanical Technician diploma. • Basic knowledge of quality logic and production processes. • Good proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Google Workspace). • Interest in certification and safety regulations (ISO, IATF). • Good knowledge of the English language Personal Abilities (Soft Skills) • Analytical mindset and precision. • Problem-solving and result-oriented. • Proactivity and flexibility. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Practical attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Contract Conditions • Work location: Vicinities Verdello (BG). • Working hours and work-life balance: Full-time 40 weekly hours, Monday to Friday. • Employment contract type: Direct employment, 6-month internship, possibility of subsequent confirmation in the company • Compensation package: Internship contract with expenses reimbursement €800 + meal allowance.
