Logistics Office Clerk - Food Sector

Staff S.p.A. – Agency for Labour, Mantova Branch, is seeking a figure for a food sector company located in Marcaria (MN) to fill the role of: IMPIEGATO/IMPIEGATA UFFICIO LOGISTICA SETTORE ALIMENTARE Responsibilities The inserted resource will be placed in a dynamic office and will be responsible for: - Using scales for managing loads/unloads. - Issuing transportation documents (DDT) and invoices. - Back-office activities to support the logistics area. - Daily contact with Italian and foreign drivers. - Supporting daily closing of truckload. Requirements - Diploma, preferably in technical-economic or administrative fields. - Availability for an 8:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00 (semi-turn) schedule. - Good knowledge of English to interface with foreign drivers. - Familiarity with computer and management tools. - Precision, proactivity, and ability to work in a dynamic context. - Residence nearby (title preference).
