Technical Office Employee

Temporary Spa, an agency specializing in personnel recruitment and selection since 1998, is looking for a technical office employee to support the growth of a client operating in the commerce sector. The job involves: - Preparation, management, and updating of technical documentation. - Management and monitoring of orders. - Elaboration of technical designs using AutoCAD. - Surveys, verifications, and site inspections. - Technical reports with clients and suppliers. - Coordination with production, sales, and procurement. - Support in defining cost estimates and technical specifications. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. - Previous experience already gained in the same role or similar technical roles. - Excellent ability to use AutoCAD (2D). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (particularly Excel). - Knowledge of software for order management and typical workflows (budget, work advancement, accounts). - Ability to read and interpret technical designs and mechanical/electrical diagrams. - Writing technical sheets, cost estimates, and project documentation. - Good communication skills with clients and suppliers. - Availability to perform site inspections. The profile is completed by good problem-solving skills, priority management, team working propensity, and ability to work independently. Job proposal: a first insertion of 3 months in temporary employment – with level to be defined (3rd or 2nd depending on the candidate's qualifications), followed by the possibility of direct hiring at an indefinite time – 2nd level, after acquiring internal competencies and procedures.
