Technical Office Clerk - Mechanical - Quotes and Spare Parts

We are looking for a technical person who wants to make a difference!

To strengthen the technical office for one of our rapidly growing client companies, we are looking for a Mechanical Technician who, thanks to their mechanical skills and ability to analyze customer needs, will contribute to the creation of competitive and technically effective commercial offers.

The figure will represent an important point of connection between the sales area, customers, and the technical office, supporting the sales process through the development of customized solutions and the management of spare parts requests.

What you will do

• Prepare quotes and commercial offers based on customer requests.
• Analyze project costs and support the definition of the best technical-economic solutions.
• Collaborate daily with the sales team to prepare economic proposals.
• Manage requests for spare parts and components, identifying the most suitable technical solutions.
• Directly interface with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Interpret technical documentation and mechanical drawings.
• Provide technical support in defining product specifications.
• Contribute to the improvement of quoting and offer management processes.

Essential Requirements

✅ Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)

✅ Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

✅ Good interpersonal skills and predisposition for relationships with customers and colleagues

✅ Good knowledge of the main computer tools

Preferential Qualifications

⭐ Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification

⭐ Experience in a technical office, quoting, spare parts management, or technical-commercial support
