Technical Office Employee – Site Management

Openjobmetis S.p.A. – Permanent Placement Division, for a company specialized in the design, construction, and maintenance of refueling plants, is looking for a: Technical Office Employee – Site Management.

The resource will be integrated into the company's technical office and, after an initial period of mentoring at the headquarters, will be progressively involved in the operational and technical management of multiple construction sites distributed throughout the regional territory.

Main responsibilities:

• Simultaneous management of construction sites related to the maintenance and construction of refueling plants;
• Coordination of internal staff and operational teams composed of 4 to 10 operators;
• Supervision and management of subcontractors;
• Planning of construction site activities and monitoring of operational timelines;
• Coordination of civil, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic works;
• Management of site procurement and supply chain;
• Direct interface with clients and principals, from plant managers to key contacts at major companies;
• Monitoring of the progress of works (SAL) and management of construction site accounting;
• Preparation of quotes, technical documentation, and reporting;
• Technical and operational support in project management.

• Diploma as a Surveyor or Degree in Engineering;
• Previous experience in the management of construction sites and technical projects;
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and work on multiple construction sites simultaneously;
• Good knowledge of technical drawing and use of AutoCAD;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Experience in managing operational teams and subcontractors;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Availability for travel within the regional territory and for short business trips.
