The resource will be integrated into the technical office and will mainly be responsible for order entry activities, data management, and information updates using Excel and the company management software. Responsibilities

• Order entry and management in the management software
• Updating company data, master data, and documentation
• Using Excel for data control and entry activities
• Operational support for technical office activities
• Verification of the accuracy of the entered information

Skills and Professionalism

• Belonging to Protected Categories (L. 68/99)
• Good familiarity with IT tools, especially Excel
• Precision and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Prior experience in administrative or data entry roles is desirable
